Our seats travel all across Europe

Solution
Based on the provided documentation and 3D models, we manufactured a metal frame—a precision structure made of tubes and wires that forms the skeleton of the seat. For the load-bearing reinforcements, we used thick steel wire, wrapped and finalized.
During the design phase, we utilized our experience in manufacturing seats for the automotive industry. We quickly found the ideal ratio between weight and structural strength, which reduced development costs and accelerated the start of serial production.
How is a seat created?
- Design. Based on the manufacturer’s ergonomic requirements, responding to the needs of passengers.
- Metal structure production. The frame is created by bending, cutting, and welding wires and tubes.
- Foaming. The structure is placed into a mold and filled with PUR foam.
- Upholstering. Textile or synthetic covers are stretched over the foam shape.
- Assembly. Handles, reclining mechanisms, and other elements for passenger safety and comfort are added.
Inspiration
The Czech footprint on European tracks brings us joy. Since 2015, we have been delivering thousands of frames every year. The seats are installed in railway carriages of various manufacturers, types, and classes. They ensure the strength and stability of the seat, increase passenger comfort, and contribute to energy savings through their lower weight.
Experience gained in the production of similar products shortens lead times and reduces prices for newly developed ones. We rarely start from scratch.
