We will manufacture the product according to your documentation. If you do not have it yet, we will prepare it. The brief does not need to be specific. It is enough to show us a sketch and/or explain your ideas. Using our experience, we will propose the optimal solution.
If you already have documentation, please send it to us, preferably in the universal .step format (designed for the secure exchange of 3D data between CAD/CAM programs). This format is particularly suitable for procedures demanding high precision (e.g., tube burning/cutting).
We will prepare drawings and/or a digital 3D model in the SOLIDWORKS® application. We will design the optimal technological procedure with regard to production batch sizes, material type, required precision, and surface finish. The proposal will also include a price quote with possible delivery dates.
