Laser cutting of tubes and hollow sections
The ADIGE LaserTube LT5 laser system enables the cutting of closed profiles with a wall thickness of up to 4 mm and a tube diameter of up to 110 mm.
Customized and highly precise holes
Thanks to top-of-the-line technology, we can cut holes of almost any shape into tubes and hollow sections. Comparable quality and precision cannot be achieved through manual processing. The workpieces usually serve as semi-finished products for use in final products.
Laser cutting of sheet metal
For cutting sheet metal up to a thickness of 6–8 mm, we use the LeMans LM3015eco fiber laser. As with hollow sections and tubes, we guarantee a precise cut and the possibility of powder coating.
Regardless of the form of processing, a clean cut is maintained with a tolerance of ± 0.2 mm. Thanks to fiber laser technology, the cut parts are also suitable for powder coating.
