CNC bending machines enable both 2D and 3D bending of wires with diameters of 3–12 mm. For specific orders, we utilize mechanical bending using individually manufactured fixtures. We have eight bending machines for all possible types of bends.

2D machines bend wire with a diameter of 3–6 mm in a single plane.

Automatic end welding enables the production of closed frames or rings.

Bending machines for 3D bending allow for the spatial shaping of wire with a diameter of 3–8 mm. A larger machine can bend thicker wires with a diameter of 5–12 mm.

Machines with rotary straightening meet the highest demands for shape precision and stability of the semi-finished product. The wire rotates at high speed as it passes through the bender, which removes any remaining shape memory (the wire becomes so-called stress-relieved). This process is suitable for perfectly shaping wire from a coil or otherwise deformed wire.

We carefully check the resulting shape of the semi-finished products using hand-assembled templates. We fulfill dimensional requirements specified in the documentation with a tolerance in the range of tenths of a millimeter.
