Design
A sketch on paper is all we need. We will prepare the documentation, create a 3D model (SOLIDWORKS®), and design the technological procedure—taking into account the series size, material, precision, and surface finish.

Wire straightening and cutting
We process wires with diameters of 2–7 mm using the WAFIOS R33 automatic straightening and cutting machine. Thicker wires are either purchased pre-straightened or straightened on a wire bending machine.
Wire bending
CNC bending machines enable both 2D and 3D bending of wires with diameters of 3–12 mm. Occasionally, we bend them using individually manufactured fixtures.
Welding
We utilize resistance spot and butt welding, TIG, MIG/MAG, and laser welding methods. We operate an automated Valk Welding station and AWECO welding presses.
We deliver complete products as well as semi-finished products at various stages of completion
This may include profiling and bending of weldments, assembly of manufactured parts with purchased components, or providing surface treatments.
The range of technologies combined with our own development and advanced logistics allows us to respond to almost any demand.
Laser cutting
We cut tubes and hollow sections using the ADIGE LaserTube LT5 laser system. The result is a clean cut with a tolerance of ± 0.2 mm. Thanks to fiber technology, the processed parts are suitable for powder coating.
CNC sheet metal bending
We shape sheet metal made of structural and stainless steel up to a thickness of 4 mm and a length of up to 1500 mm. We use the LVD Dyna Press 40/15 press brake.
Stainless steel finishing
Electrolytic passivation protects surfaces and welds, giving them a perfect appearance and long-lasting durability.
Surface treatment of structural steel
We offer electro-galvanization, powder coating in a wide range of colors, shades, and textures, hot-dip galvanizing, nickel plating, and chrome plating.
Logistics
We provide transport for both piece shipments and just-in-time truck deliveries. We have experience with secure packaging, including returnable options. We accept operational changes and are proficient in working with call-offs. During assembly, we collaborate with multiple subcontractors. We can deliver goods directly to your customers.
