We use structural, stainless, and high-strength SSAB Docol^® steel with strength up to 2000 MPa. As standard, we meet the highly specific requirements and different standards of domestic and foreign customers (Mercedes-Benz Group, Stellantis, Jaguar Land Rover, European rail vehicle manufacturers, etc.).

Production process

We provide a complete service starting from project preparation and mold production through to actual manufacturing, surface treatment, testing, and delivery to the customer. We work with both supplied and our own documentation, with prototypes, and with semi-finished products that we bring to the final state. Larger pieces and deliveries are welded robotically, smaller ones manually.

Thanks to control over the entire production process, we are flexible regarding changes in requirements and express deadlines. This facilitates our responsible assumption of guarantees and continuous product optimization.
